From E20 drain faults to a dryer stuck on EF, we work on Electrolux every week and carry the parts that fail most. Same-day slots most weekdays, and the diagnostic is free when you go ahead with the repair.
Phones answered 7am–11pm, seven days a week.
Electrolux uses a tidy E-code system where the first digit points to the subsystem, so faults are quick to place. These are the ones we see across Saskatoon.
French-door and bottom-freezer fridges that stop cooling, ice up at the vents, or leave water under the drawers.
Front-load EFLS units showing E10 or E20, drums that will not spin, and doors that stay locked at the end.
Condenser and vented dryers that tumble without heat, throw EF for airflow, or stop early.
Electric and gas ranges that will not hold temperature, uneven bakes, and doors locked after self-clean.
Units leaving dishes gritty, water pooling in the base, or a cycle that stalls on a fill or drain fault.
Induction and radiant tops with an element out, and touch controls that stop responding.
A code points to the part Electrolux thinks has failed. Some clear with a reset; the ones below usually mean a component needs replacing. Tell us the code when you book and we will bring the likely part.
The machine is not filling in time. Check the taps and inlet screens; a stuck inlet valve is the common repair.
Water is not leaving the drum. Nearly always the pump filter or a blocked hose; if those are clear, the drain pump itself.
The washer cannot confirm the door is shut and locked. Check the seal for debris; if it closes clean, the door lock has failed.
The drum drains but will not reach spin speed. Usually the motor or its control board needs attention — a workshop diagnosis.
The dryer sees blocked venting. Start with the lint filter and duct; EF3 can also mean blocked or dirty moisture sensors.
The machine sees a supply or voltage problem. Sometimes the outlet or breaker; if the supply checks out, the control board is next.
Codes vary by model and year, and the same code can have more than one cause. Treat this as a starting point, not a diagnosis — the only way to be sure is to open the machine up.
A few real Electrolux jobs from around Saskatoon — what came in, what we did, and what it came to.

Hampton Village. The dishwasher stopped mid-cycle with water in the base and a leak warning. The float area had tripped and the drain pump was failing. We cleared the sump, fitted a new drain pump, and ran a full cycle to confirm it drained and stayed dry.

Varsity View. The wall oven door stayed locked after a self-clean cycle and would not release. The door-lock motor assembly had jammed and failed. We replaced the lock assembly, cleared the fault, and confirmed the door locked and released on command.

College Park. One zone on the induction cooktop kept cutting out under load and throwing an error. A cooling fan had clogged and the zone was overheating and shutting down to protect itself. We cleared and replaced the fan, and ran the zone hard to confirm it held.
Each price shown is for that specific repair on that specific machine, including parts and labour. It is not a quote for your appliance — your cost depends on the model and the fault, and you get a firm price after the on-site diagnostic, before any work begins.
Wherever you are in the city, the technician who comes out is the one already closest, with the common Electrolux parts in the van.
Just outside the city limits? Call and ask. We take jobs beyond the boundary when the schedule allows.
