From 4C fill faults to a fridge stuck defrosting, we work on Samsung every week and carry the parts that fail most. Same-day slots most weekdays, and the diagnostic is free when you go ahead with the repair.
Phones answered 7am–11pm, seven days a week.
Samsung packs a lot of electronics into its laundry and kitchen line, so the faults tend to repeat across models. These are the ones we see across Saskatoon.
French-door and side-by-side fridges that stop cooling, ice up around the vents, or leave water under the drawers.
Front-loaders showing 4C or 5C, top-loaders that will not spin, and doors that stay locked at the end.
Electric dryers that tumble without heat, take several cycles to dry, or stop on a heating fault.
Electric and gas ranges that will not hold temperature, uneven bakes, and doors locked after self-clean.
WaterWall and StormWash units leaving grit, water pooling in the base, or a cycle that stalls on a leak sensor.
Induction and radiant tops with an element out, and touch controls that stop responding.
A code points to the part Samsung thinks has failed. Some clear with a reset; the ones below usually mean a component needs replacing. Tell us the code when you book and we will bring the likely part.
The washer is not filling in time. Check the taps and clean the inlet screens; a stuck inlet valve is the usual repair.
Water is not leaving the tub. Almost always the pump filter or a blocked hose; if those are clear, the drain pump.
The drum cannot balance to spin. Often a bunched load, but a recurring UE points to worn suspension or a bad sensor.
Excess suds are stopping the spin. Usually non-HE detergent or too much of it; a persistent SUD can mean a drain issue.
The washer cannot confirm the door is latched. Check for debris in the seal; if it closes clean, the door lock has failed.
Not a fault — cooling is off because display mode is on. It can be switched off from the panel; we can talk you through it.
Codes vary by model and year, and the same code can have more than one cause. Treat this as a starting point, not a diagnosis — the only way to be sure is to open the machine up.
A few real Samsung jobs from around Saskatoon — what came in, what we did, and what it came to.

Willowgrove. The pump filter was clogged with lint and a lost sock, and the pump was struggling to prime. We cleaned the housing, replaced the drain pump, and confirmed it emptied on time across a full cycle.

Nutana. Ice had built up over the evaporator and the fan was struggling, so the fridge side climbed while the freezer held. We cleared the frost, replaced the failed defrost heater, and verified the cycle completed.

Stonebridge. The heating element had failed open, so the drum turned but never warmed. We fitted a new element, checked the thermostats and vent, and ran a heated cycle to confirm before leaving.
Each price shown is for that specific repair on that specific machine, including parts and labour. It is not a quote for your appliance — your cost depends on the model and the fault, and you get a firm price after the on-site diagnostic, before any work begins.
Wherever you are in the city, the technician who comes out is the one already closest, with the common Samsung parts in the van.
Just outside the city limits? Call and ask. We take jobs beyond the boundary when the schedule allows.
