Every completed repair comes with a written warranty covering both the part we fitted and the labour to fit it. You receive the details on your receipt at the end of the visit. This page explains what that cover includes, how long it runs, and the situations it does not extend to.
When we replace a part or carry out a repair, that specific work is guaranteed for three months from the date of the visit. If the same fault returns within that window on the part we worked on, call us and we will come back to put it right at no further charge for that repair. The warranty applies to the exact repair listed on your receipt, so keep it — it is the record of what was done and when.
The warranty is tied to the one repair we performed. It does not extend to other parts of the appliance that we did not touch, and it does not cover a new or unrelated fault that appears later somewhere else in the machine. The list below sets out the main exclusions in plain terms.
Wherever it is safe and sensible, we try to fix an appliance without replacing parts, because that keeps your cost down. If a repair holds without a new component, that is the outcome we aim for. Note that if the same problem later requires a replacement part that was not fitted the first time, that becomes a new repair rather than a warranty return, and it is quoted to you before any work begins.
If a fault we repaired comes back within three months, call us and have your receipt to hand. We will talk through what is happening and, where it falls under the warranty, arrange a return visit. The quickest way to reach us is by phone during our opening hours.
